I'm not a huge fan of dried fruit, but I really enjoyed these cookies. The fruit was chopped into small pieces, so it wasn't too overpowering. And the cookie dough was so soft and chewy.

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover dried fruit. I had a bunch of raisins and cranberries that were about to go bad, so I threw them into these cookies and they turned out great!

I was pleasantly surprised by how moist and chewy these cookies turned out. I've made fruit cookies before that were dry and crumbly, but these were soft and chewy with a perfect texture.
