I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but this recipe changed my mind. It's so moist and flavorful. I love the combination of ground beef, pork, and veal. The glaze is also perfect. It gives the meatloaf a nice crispy crust.

This meatloaf was a disappointment. It was dry and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out well. I won't be making it again.
