Steps:
- 1. melt w. choc chips in double boiler til smooth. add milk stir til smoothe add red food coloring til its christmas red. stir til smoothe. take off heat
- 2. add green m & m's then add rice crispies 1 cup at a time.
- 3. pour into an oblong pan sprayed with pam
- 4. let set in fridge. take out. take a spatula sprayed with pam along the sides to loosen it. spray a resin knife with pam and cut into bars
- 5. and plate
