Steps:
- Brown pork chops in butter. Season with spices. Remove from skillet. Add mushrooms to drippings and saute. Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended. Return pork chops to skillet. Cover and simmer 1 hour until done. Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil. Serve immediately.
