Steps:
- Brown beef, onion, garlic and salt. Add a little oil if you need it (I find I don't).
- Add noodles.
- Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper, beef broth and water in a bowl and stir. Pour mixture over beef and noodles.
- Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes (or until noodles are cooked to your liking).
- Stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Heat through and serve.
