Steps:
- Bring 5 cups chicken broth to boil in heavy 4-quart saucepan. Gradually add polenta, whisking constantly. Return mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until polenta is tender, stirring frequently and adding more chicken broth by 1/4 cupfuls if polenta is too thick, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Gorgonzola and cream; stir until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- *Sold at some supermarkets and at natural foods stores and Italian markets. If unavailable, substitute an equal amount of regular yellow cornmeal and cook about half as long.

[email protected]This polenta dish was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I think I would have preferred a recipe with less cheese and more vegetables. The polenta was also a bit too thick for my liking. I think I would cook it with more liquid next time.

[email protected]I had some trouble getting the polenta to cook evenly. The center was still a bit mushy, even after I cooked it for the recommended amount of time. I think I'll try cooking it for a little longer next time.

[email protected]This polenta dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The gorgonzola was a bit overwhelming and the polenta was a bit too creamy. I think I would prefer a recipe with a lighter sauce.
