Overall, I thought this pie was pretty good. The filling was flavorful and the crust was nice and flaky. I would definitely make it again.

This pie was a bit too tart for my taste, but I think that's just because I don't like gooseberries very much. The crust was flaky and the filling was thick and gooey.

I added a bit of cinnamon to the filling, which gave it a nice warm flavor.

This pie was a disaster. The crust was soggy and the filling was runny. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I used a gluten-free flour blend to make this pie, and it turned out great. The crust was still flaky and the filling was just as delicious.

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I substituted frozen gooseberries for fresh, and the pie still turned out great. I also added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, which was the perfect finishing touch.
