- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* GREASE A 9X13 INCH PAN
- 2. IN A LARGE BOWL BLEND THE CAKE MIX,1 EGG AND 8 TABLESPOONS OF MELTED BUTTER. MIX WELL,PAT THS MIXTURE INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE 9X13 IN. PAN
- 3. USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER BEAT THE CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD THE 2 EGGS AND VANILLA,NOW POUR IN THE POWDERED SUGAR AND BEAT WELL
- 4. SLOWLY ADD THE OTHER 8 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER AND MIX WELL. POUR THIS MIXTURE OVER THE DOUGH AND SPREAD EVENLY. BAKE 40 TO 50 MIN.
- 5. DO NOT OVER BAKE
- 6. YOU WANT THE MIDDLE TO BE SOFT AND GOOEY. COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING.
