Goodie's BBQ Rub image

Yield enough for 2 ribs racks and 2 chickens

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
1/2 tablespoon dry rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dry sage
2 tablespoons paprika

Steps:

  • Mix all together and uses as a dry rub before cooking ribs or chicken.
