My mom lost her battle with cancer two years ago this weekend, and posting this recipe is a way to honor her memory. She LOVED to cook, bake, and try new recipes. This is a Christmas morning and family get-together favorite!

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less oranges and pears.

This Goldrush Brunch is a winner! The flavors and textures are fantastic. The sweetness of the oranges and pears pairs perfectly with the savory bacon and sausage. And the crunchy pecans add a nice touch of texture. I'll definitely be making this aga
