Good raisin nut bread
Goat hheese
Honey
Fig preserves
Fresh whole basil leaves

Steps:

  • Slice bread thinly Mix a little honey to taste into goat cheese and stir it until it is creamy enough to spread. Spread a slice of the bread with the goat cheese, top with basil leaves, spread the other with some of the fig preserves. Put them together to make a sandwich. For tapas, lightly grill sandwiches on both sides in a buttered pan, cut into triangles and skewer with toothpicks to serve.
