Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Lightly grease/flour 12 muffin cups.
- Fill cups almost full.
- Bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Let muffins stand for a few minutes, remove from muffin tin, and cool 10 minutes before eating.
