Kelly calls this glorious baked cauliflower. Glorious it is!! Super creamy and cheesy. I put a little Parmesan cheese in the topping for a little extra zing but it would be just as delish without it!!

Steps:
- 1. Boil or steam cauliflower in water until just tender, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Heat oven to 350°.
- 3. In a medium saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add flour. Stir until smooth and just bubbly.
- 4. Add salt, pepper, and milk. Cook the sauce, stirring, until thickened and bubbly.
- 5. Add the mustard and cheese and continue cooking, stirring, until cheese is melted.
- 6. Combine the cauliflower with sauce. Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
- 7. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.
- 8. Bake in the lower half of oven so the top doesn't over brown. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the casserole is bubbly and topping is browned.
