Gloria's Shrimp Dijon image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 pounds shrimp, shelled
3/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3/4 teaspoon tarragon, crushed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sherry

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine bread crumbs, green onion, parsley, garlic and spices
  • Add butter and sherry to mixture and mix thoroughly
  • Put shrimp in lightly greased 1 quart casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over shrimp (can do shrimp on layers)
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes
