This pie was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was runny.

This pie was a bit too tart for my taste, but I'm sure it would be perfect for someone who likes tart pies.

I was a bit hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a huge fan of gingersnaps. But I'm so glad I did! The crust was amazing and the filling was perfectly balanced.

I've made this pie several times and it always turns out great. The gingersnap crust is a nice twist on the classic pear pie.
