Ginger Martini from the Odeon in TriBeCa image

2 -3 pieces fresh ginger, peeled
ice
2 ounces vodka, preferably Ketel One Citroen brand
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce Cointreau liqueur
1 dash orange juice

Steps:

  • Muddle ginger in a mixing glass, add ice to top. Add rest of ingredients.
  • Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
