I'm not a big fan of ginger, but these cookies were surprisingly good. I'll definitely be making them again.

Not a fan. The cookies were too chewy for my taste, and the ginger flavor was overpowering.

These cookies were a disappointment. They were dry and crumbly, and the ginger flavor was barely there.

Delicious! The cookies were soft and chewy, with just the right amount of spice. I added a little extra ginger for a bit more kick.
