My co-worker Gina makes this pasta salad and it is to die for!! I LOVE IT! You can not mess this recipe up, it is all "to taste" and fresh parsley and basil can be used instead of dried if you prefer. I double this recipe and I use mini bow tie pasta and 2 bottles of dressing.

I'm not a big fan of bell peppers, so I substituted them with sun-dried tomatoes. Turned out great!

Great recipe for a crowd! I doubled the ingredients and it fed a hungry bunch of teenagers with leftovers to spare.

The dressing was a bit too oily for my liking. Next time, I'll use less olive oil or add some lemon juice to brighten it up.

This recipe needs more herbs. I added some fresh basil and oregano, which really elevated the flavor.

Solid 4-star recipe. The dressing was a bit too tangy for my taste, so I added a touch of honey to balance it out. Nonetheless, a keeper recipe!
