Provided by Marylee

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 eggs
3/4 Cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 Cup milk
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. PENZEYS CINNAMON
4 TB. butter, divided
2 medium apples, peeled if desired and thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place two pie pans (we prefer glass) in the oven to heat. Beat the eggs, flour, milk and salt on medium speed for 1 minute. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and CINNAMON and set aside. Take the pans out of the oven and put 2 TB. butter in each pan, moving it around to coat the pan bottoms and sides. Spread the apple slices in the bottom of the pans. Pour half the batter in each pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Serve immediately.

Overall, these pancakes were a success. They were easy to make and turned out light and fluffy. The apples and cinnamon gave them a delicious flavor. I would definitely recommend this recipe to others.

These pancakes were a disaster. They were so thick and doughy that they were inedible. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'll definitely be trying a different recipe next time.

These pancakes were good, but not great. I found them to be a bit dry and bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I had some trouble getting the pancakes to flip without breaking, but other than that they were delicious. I'll try cooking them on a lower heat next time.

These pancakes were a little too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. I'll probably cut back on the sugar next time I make them.
