The waffles didn't turn out crispy at all. I think I might have overmixed the batter.

These waffles were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added more sugar or spices.

I love that this recipe uses rice flour. It makes the waffles gluten-free and gives them a slightly chewy texture. I also liked the addition of the grated apple. It added a nice sweetness and crunch.

These waffles were easy to make and turned out great! I used brown rice flour and they still had a nice crispy texture. I served them with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

These rice waffles were a hit with my family! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The flavor was mild and slightly sweet, which made them perfect for topping with butter and syrup. I'll definitely be making these again!
