32 oz chopped tomatoes
16 oz V8 juice
16 oz tomato juice
2 oz cider vinegar
2 oz EVOO
.4 oz iodized salt
. 2 oz minced garlic
.3 oz jalapeños or more to taste
.4 oz minced cilantro
2/3 cucumber, sm dice
1/2 red onion, sm dice
1 lg green pepper
1/4 sm red pepper, sm dice
1/2 yellow pepper, sm dice

  • Stir together in holding container. Cover & store in refrigerator..
