Garlic Sesame Marinade image

An Asian/French fusion. Use on beef, pork or chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c dry red wine
3/4 c red wine vinegar
1/8 c sesame oil
1/2 c olive oil
6 clove garlic, peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp dried thyme

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify. Use to marinate your favorite meat.
