"Not even my finicky little eaters can resist the veggies in this main dish when they're seasoned with soup mix," shares Melody Williamson of Blaine, Washington. "I sometimes replace the ham with cooked kielbasa or smoked sausage for a change of pace."

This recipe is a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll add some extra garlic and maybe some herbs next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover ham. I always have a hard time finding ways to use it up, but this recipe is a great solution.

I'm not a big fan of ham, but I love potatoes and garlic. I might try this recipe with chicken or tofu instead.

Can I use turkey ham instead of regular ham?

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add some chopped onion and bell pepper to the potatoes for extra flavor.

This recipe was a disappointment. The potatoes were undercooked and the ham was tough. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Made this for dinner last night and it was a big hit! The potatoes were perfectly roasted and the garlic butter sauce was amazing. The ham was a bit dry for my taste, but overall it was a great meal.

Easy to follow recipe with delicious results. I used red potatoes and they turned out great. The garlic flavor was subtle but present, and the ham was moist and flavorful. Definitely recommend!

This recipe is a keeper! The garlic potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the ham was cooked to perfection. I served it with a side of green beans and it was a hit with my family. Will definitely be making this again soon!
