Garlic Portabella Mushroom Pasta image

This is a delicious pasta that I've been preparing for years. It is simple, delicious, and better than any restaurant pasta I've had (and I've had a lot of restaurant pasta)!

This pasta dish is a great way to use up leftover mushrooms. I had some portabellas in the fridge that were starting to go bad, so I decided to try this recipe. I'm so glad I did! The pasta was delicious and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I'm so glad I did! The mushrooms were cooked perfectly and they didn't have that strong earthy flavor that I usually don't like. I will definitely be making this dish again.

Meh, not impressed. The sauce was bland and the mushrooms were rubbery. I think I'll stick to my regular pasta recipe.

Easy to make and packed with flavor. I used cremini mushrooms instead of portabellas and it still turned out great. Will definitely make again!

OMG, this pasta is heaven! The garlic and portabella mushrooms are a match made in flavor heaven. I added some sun-dried tomatoes and spinach for extra veggies and it was perfect. Definitely a keeper recipe!
