4 lbs chicken wings
1 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup garlic, chopped
1 cup hot sauce

Steps:

  • Season wings with salt and pepper. Fry at 400 degrees.
  • Combine parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and hot sauce. After wings fry, toss in hot sauce mixture to coat.
