I am allergic to coconut milk and was looking for a healthy and quick alternative. This recipe turned out delicious. I used almond milk instead and it came out super yummy!

This was a really great recipe! I wasn't sure how the broccoli was going to turn out, but it was actually really good. The shrimp was also very well seasoned. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a quick and easy weeknight
