12 live blue claw crabs.1 whole bulb of garlic-peeled and minced. 1/4 c. olive oil. 1/2 stick butter. !/4 c. fresh parsley-chopped.

Steps:

  • Place crabs in hot water to stun them. Clean the crabs by removing the belly shell and the inner organs.In a large pot melt butter and add oil,parsley and garlic. On a low flame saute the crabs a few at a time Do not over crowd the pot. Remove when cooked and place on a plate in a low oven to keep warm. Serve immediately.
