Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes image

3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes
7 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients, roast in 400 degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
