This is a Samhain tradition in my family. For others it is simply the last harvest all set up on one tasty jar.

Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- 1. Cook or steam each vegetable separate al dente.
- 2. Then combine all vegetables in a large bowl and fill 8 quart jars -leaving 1 inch head-space.
- 3. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil boil 2 minutes.
- 4. Pour over vegetables in jars- wipe rim of jar and seal.
- 5. This recipe doesn't call for it but I always boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
