My husband requested a gazpacho and it was great to use what I had just picked from my friends' garden. We just love living at the lake during the summer and our friends came over to enjoy this with us. The longer you let it sit in the refrigerator, the better.

I thought this gazpacho was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This gazpacho was a bit too thick for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a little more liquid. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

I had some trouble getting the gazpacho to blend smoothly. I ended up having to strain it through a sieve, which took some extra time.

I found this gazpacho to be a bit bland. I think it needed more salt and pepper, and maybe some additional herbs or spices.

This gazpacho was a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a little less vinegar and lemon juice.
