Garbage Can Casserole image

I made this with deer meat and it was delicious. Can't remember where I got it. But give it a try. Very yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion
1 can(s) whole kernel corn(drained)
1 pkg mashed potatoes
1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Brown beef and onions until done; drain. Drain corn and add to beef. Pour into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over mixture and pour shredded cheese on top. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
  • 2. I made my own mashed potatoes. Didn't measure them either.. Sorry
