Steps:
- 1. Brown beef and onions until done; drain. Drain corn and add to beef. Pour into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over mixture and pour shredded cheese on top. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- 2. I made my own mashed potatoes. Didn't measure them either.. Sorry
