Steps:
- To make dressing, whisk together raspberry vinegar, oil, maple syrup, mustard, tarragon and salt. To make the salad: Tear lettuce leaves and toss in large bowl with ¾ c dressing. Divide lettuce onto plates and serve topped with blue cheese, onion rings and nuts.
