Funky PBO-OF Sandwich (Peanut Butter and Olive) image

As strange as this sandwich sounds, I grew up on them. It's hard to describe the flavor combination but they knock the socks off a traditional PBJ IMHO. You may use 2 slices of bread if you like but for some reason they taste better to me open faced. Enjoy!

I thought this sandwich was great! The peanut butter and olive combination is a match made in heaven. The olive adds a nice salty flavor that complements the sweetness of the peanut butter. I will definitely be making this sandwich again and again.

This sandwich was a bit too salty for my taste. The olive flavor was overpowering and the peanut butter didn't do much to balance it out. I wouldn't recommend this sandwich to others.

This sandwich was just okay. The peanut butter and olive combination was interesting, but it didn't really wow me. I think I would have preferred a more traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
