Funky Monkey Cookie image

Funky Monkey's were born out of one overipe banana and me making peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for my husband. They are three of my favorite flavors and are an explosion of yummy goodness as you settle back in front of the fire with a warm cup of milk and a couple of soft warm cookies.

I found these cookies to be a bit too soft. I think I'll chill the dough for longer next time.
