Steaming is a very healthy way to cook fish. The method retains ingredients' nutrients, and calories from fat are minimal since there's no need to use oil.

This recipe is great for meal prep. I make a big batch on the weekend and then have leftovers for lunch all week.

This recipe was easy to follow, but the end result was bland. I think it needs more seasoning.

This recipe was good, but I think it could be better with a few tweaks. I would add more ginger and scallions to the sauce, and I would also cook the fish for a shorter amount of time.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The fish was overcooked and the sauce was bland. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

I've tried many steamed fish recipes, but this one is definitely my favorite. The fish is so tender and flaky, and the sauce is packed with flavor. I will definitely be making this again!
