Fudgy Peanut Butter Cake image

I clipped this easy peanut butter cake recipe from a newspaper years ago. The house smells fantastic while it's slow cooking. My husband and son enjoy the cake with ice cream and nuts on top. -Bonnie Evans, Norcross, Georgia

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe because I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I was pleasantly surprised. The cake was moist and flavorful, and the frosting was the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
