FRYIN' PAN FUDGE image

Yield 2 plates

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 cups sugar
1 stick margerine
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
3/4 cup milk
*3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup nuts (if desired)
*if substituting with cocoa, use 9 tablespoons of cocoa plus add 1 1/2 tablespoons of margerine.

Steps:

  • Grease 2 dinner plates. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat constantly stirring. Continue to boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and continue to stir until starts to form in saucepan. Pour into dinner plates and refrigerate until hardens.
