Fruity Ice Cream Salsa image

This is the ultimate unusual salsa recipe. Very tasty over vanilla ice cream. You can substitute watermelon for dragonfruit if you can't find dragonfruit at your local grocer. I did not put the chopped jalepeno in because I don't do hot, but I think next time I will. This recipe was developed by the Groovy GastroGnomes for ZWT5.

This salsa is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It's got just enough heat to give it a little kick, but it's not too spicy for people who don't like spicy food.

The combination of fruits in this salsa is perfect. The sweetness of the mango and pineapple pairs perfectly with the tartness of the lime.
