Fruited Coleslaw image

"We all need to get more fruits and vegetables into our daily diet, and this dish is a great-tasting way to do it," says Linda Stevens of Madison, Alabama.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups coleslaw mix
1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, oranges and apple. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
