Fruit Salad with Orange Liqueur and Sorbet image

2 fresh ripe peaches, pitted and diced or 1 can whole peaches, drained and diced
1 ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear, diced
1 pint ripe strawberries, halved
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 ounces orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
1 pint orange or strawberry sorbet

Steps:

  • Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine. To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.
