These were a great way to use up some leftover fruit. I had some strawberries and bananas that were about to go bad, so I used them to make these fruit roll-ups. They turned out great!

I love that I can control the ingredients in these fruit roll-ups. I know exactly what is going into them, and I can make them as healthy or unhealthy as I want.

These were a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed them. I will definitely make them again, but I will use less chili pepper next time.

I made these with my kids and they had a blast. They loved helping me peel the peppers and roll up the fruit leather. It was a great way to spend time together and make a healthy snack.

I was surprised at how easy these were to make. I thought they would be more difficult, but they were actually quite simple. The hardest part was peeling the peppers, but that wasn't too bad.
