1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup strawberry, hulled
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup pineapple chunk
1 cup honeydew melon, chunks
1 cup cantaloupe, chunks
8 bamboo skewers

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon; set aside.
  • Alternating the fruits, thread them onto the bamboos skewers leaving space at each end for easy handling; chill until ready to serve. Serve with dipping sauce.
