I've made these enchiladas several times now and they're always a hit. I love that I can use whatever fruit I have on hand.

These enchiladas were easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought chili sauce and it worked perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of fruit in my savory dishes, but these enchiladas were surprisingly delicious. The sweetness of the fruit complemented the spiciness of the chili sauce perfectly.

These fruit enchiladas were a hit with my family! The filling was sweet and tangy, and the tortillas were soft and chewy. I will definitely be making these again.
