Fruit and Yogurt Protein Smoothie image

Ran out of fruit, so, I tried something new with my protein powder - turned into a really yummy healthy breakfast or lunch

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (I use Jillian Michael's)
1 fat free Greek yogurt (I use Chobani Fruit Flavored)
1/4 cup water
5 -6 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Dump in blender.
  • Mix.
