Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie image

This recipe comes from Land O Lakes and is just a wonderful pie. Great on hot days. This can be made non-alcoholic by just using orange juice, but the adults LOVE this with the tequila!! Instead of having salt on the rim, the salty pretzels as the crust work in this pie!

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. The crust was flaky and the filling was smooth and creamy. The strawberries and lime gave it a nice flavor. I would probably make it again, but with less sugar.

Meh. This pie was just okay. The crust was a little too dry and the filling was a bit too tart. I think I would have liked it better if I had used a different recipe for the crust and if I had added some sugar to the filling.
