This pie was a disaster. The crust was soggy and the filling was grainy.

The pie was a little icy. I think I should have let it thaw for a little longer before serving.

This pie is a little too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the filling next time.

The only thing I would change is to use a store-bought pie crust. I'm not very good at making my own.

I'm not a huge fan of mint, but I loved this pie. The mint flavor is very subtle.

The crust is so flaky and buttery. It's the perfect complement to the creamy filling.
