Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325^. In small mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan. In small mixing bowl. beat scm, egg yolks, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired. Pour into crust. Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely. Top with whipped cream. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
