Acine de Pepe is a small, round pasta, hence the "Frog's Eye". My kids are wild about this recipe. It is their choice whenever we are asked to bring a dish for a pot luck.

This is by far the easiest salad you'll ever make. The hard part is waiting to eat it. I love to make this salad when I'm short on time or ingredients.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I can see how it would be popular with people who like sweeter salads.

I'm not a huge fan of mayonnaise-based salads, but this one is actually pretty good. The pineapple and mandarin oranges help to cut through the richness of the mayonnaise.

This frog eye salad was a hit at my last potluck! The combination of sweet pineapple, crunchy water chestnuts, and salty bacon is irresistible. I'll definitely be making this again.
