Frito Chili Pie image

A great quick meal that was a favorite in my family when I was growing up and that my kids love too! Recipe has been adjusted to 2 cans of chili as suggested by reviewers. I normally use one and don't use the entire bag of fritos. You can adjust the chili to frito ratio to your taste. More chili is always good.

I'm not sure what went wrong with my Frito chili pie. It turned out really dry and crumbly. I think I may have added too much bread crumbs.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add some more spices next time. But overall, it was a quick and easy meal to make.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I love that I can use leftover chili or canned chili to make it. It's also very versatile. I've added different toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
